Please note that before your application can be processed, the non-refundable application fee must be paid by credit or debit card.

If any items below apply to you, you will need to complete a Lake-Sumter State College paper application. Applications are available at any of our three campus locations.
- You are applying for Dual Enrollment
- You do not have a Social Security number
If you are a returning student, complete the Readmission Application.

** Login ID must only contain Alpha (a to z or A to Z) and Numeric (0 to 9) characters.
