From the Personal Information menu, accessed from the Main Menu, you will be guided through a number of options:

• Change your PIN or security question



• View or update your e-mail address



• View or update your mailing address and phone number



• View or update your emergency contact information



• View information about changing your name or social security number



• Answer a survey when one is available to you

Simply follow the directions provided for any of these options.
